Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and organized work areaResponsible for care and cleanliness of equipment and company-provided vanMeet weekly production goalsDemonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrityWork in a safe manner and follow all safety policies while performing job dutiesMay perform other duties or be required to work on different projects as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or GED2-plus years of flooring experienceDemonstrate ability to self-perform workExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilityAbility to lift 75 poundsAbility to perform physically demanding tasksAbility to work in a changing environmentAbility to communicate effectively (spoken and written)Must be legally eligible to work in the United StatesPre-employment background screening (criminal, drug screen and DMV) is required for all positionsValid driver’s licenseReliable transportation to and from work, including job sitesHand tools needed; other resources provided
